It was shown that functional gastrointestinal pathology realized at 18.3% of convalescents after viral gastroenteritis. Changes of microbiota in viral gastroenteritis of different etiologies have a number of specific features: reducing the quantitative content of Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, raising of Bacteroides thetaiotaomicrion in rotavirus infection, pronounced inhibition of growth of Lactobacillus spp. and Bifidobacterium spp., the excessive growth of opportunistic bacteria in norovirus infection.</p>
Изменения микробиоты при вирусных гастроэнтеритах различной этиологии имеют ряд специфических особенностей: снижение количественного содержания Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, повышение уровня Bacteroides thetaiotaomicrion при ротавирусной инфекции, выраженное угнетение роста Lactobacillus spp. и Bifidobacterium spp., чрезмерный рост условно-патогенных бактерий при норовирусной инфекции.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>rotavirus gastroenteritis</kwd><kwd>norovirus gastroenteritis</kwd><kwd>intestinal dysbiosis</kwd><kwd>irritable bowel syndrome</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ротавирусный гастроэнтерит</kwd><kwd>норовирусный гастроэнтерит</kwd><kwd>дисбиоз кишечника</kwd><kwd>синдром раздраженного кишечника</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Chey W.D., Kurlander J., Eswaran S.
