The phenotypic heterogeneity of dermatosis in children, caused by gene polymorphism and multifactorial nature of the pathogenetic processes, is described. The importance of identifying the type of mutation during the genetic testing is emphasized; it has a great importance for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the disease. The authors draw attention to the impact of comorbid conditions on the severity of psoriasis in children at different ages. Also, data on rare forms of psoriasis in childhood are presented in the article.</p>
Также в работе представлены сведения о редких формах псориаза в детском возрасте.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>psoriasis</kwd><kwd>pustular psoriasis</kwd><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>comorbidity</kwd><kwd>insulin-like growth factors</kwd><kwd>interleukin-36RN</kwd><kwd>CARD14 (caspase recruitment domain)</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>псориаз</kwd><kwd>пустулезный псориаз</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>коморбидность</kwd><kwd>инсулиноподобные факторы роста</kwd><kwd>интерлейкин-36RN</kwd><kwd>CARD14 (домен рекрутирования каспазы)</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Баранов А.А., Намазова-Баранова Л.С., Мурашкин Н.Н., Круглова Л.С., Епишев Р.В., Амбарчян Э.Т., Материкин А.И.
