Currently, ursodeoxycholic acid is considered as the drug of choice for the treatment of IHCP as defined by substantial evidence of efficacy and safety of the drug within the treatment of this pathology.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>По современным представлениям, внутрипеченочный холестаз беременных (ВХБ) представляет собой холестатическое заболевание печени, развивающееся во II или III триместре беременности, характеризующееся зудом и повышением концентрации желчных кислот в сыворотке крови. В настоящее время урсодезоксихолевая кислота считается препаратом выбора для лечения ВХБ, что определено существенной доказательной базой эффективности и безопасности данного препарата в рамках терапии рассматриваемой патологии.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy</kwd><kwd>cholestatic syndrome</kwd><kwd>ursodeoxycholic acid</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>внутрипеченочный холестаз беременных</kwd><kwd>холестатический синдром</kwd><kwd>урсодезоксихолевая кислота</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Маев И.В., Андреев Д.Н., Дичева Д.Т., Казначеева Т.В.
