The advantages and features of application of bee venom are discussed in detail. Recommendations for reduction the patient’s risk of sensitization are presented. The efficacy of bee venom in modern medical practice is discussed. The uniqueness of bee products as a means for medical applications because of their unique actions and bioactive effect is emphasized.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье проведена оценка современных аспектов применения продуктов пчеловодства в современной медицинской практике. Подробно рассмотрены преимущества и особенности применения пчелиного яда. Даны рекомендации по снижению риска аллергизации пациента. Обсуждается эффективность препаратов из пчелиного яда в современной практике врача.
