Increased HP resistance to previously effective schemes of eradication therapy is a source of serious concern, and requires improvement of therapeutic strategies. The literature review shows that some probiotic strains have an inhibitory effect on the HP, and their use is recommended as an addition to the standard eradication therapy that can reduce side effects and increase its effectiveness.</p>
Обзор литературы демонстрирует, что некоторые пробиотические штаммы оказывают ингибирующее влияние на HP и рекомендуются как дополнение к стандартной эрадикационной терапии, способное уменьшать побочные эффекты и повышать ее эффективность.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Helicobacter pylori</kwd><kwd>Helicobacter pylori</kwd><kwd>eradication therapy</kwd><kwd>probiotics</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эрадикационная терапия</kwd><kwd>пробиотики</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Malfertheiner P., Megraud F., O'Morain C.A., Gisbert J.P., Kuipers E.J., Axon A.T., Bazzoli F., Gasbarrini A., Atherton J., Graham D.Y., Hunt R., Moayyedi P., Rokkas T., Rugge M., Selgrad M., Suerbaum S., Sugano K., El-Omar E.M; European Helicobacter and Microbiota Study Group and Consensus panel.
