The study included 407patients who have received one of four NSAIDs: meloxicam (15 mg/day), etoricoxib (60 mg/day), nimesulide (200 mg/day) or celecoxib (200 mg/day) for 14 days. At five visits, blood pressure, glomerular filtration rate (GFR), and blood cystatin-C values were monitored. According to the results of the observation, there were no clinically significant changes in the level of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, GFR and cystatin-C concentrations between the onset of therapy and the completion of the study in all groups of patients, regardless of the NSAID taken. Statistically Significant differences in all indicators studied were noted in the group of patients with history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus compared to patients without these diseases.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Цель проведенного исследования «ПАНДА» - изучение показателей функции почек у пациентов с острой неспецифической болью в нижней части спины на фоне терапии нестероидными противовоспалительными препаратами (НПВП). В работу включены 407 больных, получавших один из четырех НПВП: мелоксикам (15 мг/сут), эторикоксиб (60 мг/сут), нимесулид (200 мг/сут) или целекоксиб (200 мг/сут), в течение 14 дней. На пяти визитах проводился контроль уровня артериального давления, скорости клубочковой фильтрации (СКФ), показателей цистатина-С в крови. По результатам наблюдения не отмечено клинически значимых изменений уровня систолического и диастолического артериального давления, СКФ и концентрации цистатина-С в период между началом терапии и завершением исследования во всех группах больных вне зависимости от принимаемого НПВП.
