It is shown that smoking contributes to the development of MI at a younger age, despite a less burdensome anamnesis on the concomitant cardiovascular risk factors. The course of MI in smokers is characterized by a greater size of necrosis and requires more coronary revascularization measures, including thrombolytic therapy and stenting.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлены результаты ретроспективного анализа 681 истории болезни пациентов с заключительным диагнозом «инфаркт миокарда» за 2015 г., проведенного с целью выявить особенности инфаркта миокарда (ИМ) у курящих пациентов по сравнению с не курившими. Показано, что курение способствует развитию ИМ в более молодом возрасте, несмотря на менее отягощенный анамнез по сопутствующим факторам сердечно-сосудистого риска.
