The study showed that patients with OA and low back pain have elevated levels of cytokines and markers of bone resorption as a reflection of a single pathophysiological mechanism of damage to the musculoskeletal joint tissue. During the entire period of observation, positive dynamics with respect to decrease in resorption marker levels against the background of chondroprotective therapy with Alflutop was noted and statistically confirmed. The obtained results allow to consider chondroprotective therapy in the strategy of treatment of OA patients and low back pain in terms of its antiresorptive-cytokine efficacy.</p>
Полученные результаты позволяют рассматривать хондропротективную терапию в стратегии лечения больных ОА и болью в спине с точки зрения ее антирезорбтивно-цитокиновой эффективности.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>osteoarthritis</kwd><kwd>lower back pain</kwd><kwd>cytokines</kwd><kwd>bone resorption</kwd><kwd>chondroprotective therapy</kwd><kwd>Alflutop</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>остеоартрит</kwd><kwd>боль в нижней части спины</kwd><kwd>цитокины</kwd><kwd>резорбция костной ткани</kwd><kwd>хондропротективная терапия</kwd><kwd>Алфлутоп</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Pereira D., Ramos E., Branco J.
