The article presents the results of the use of the combined preparation (CP) containing antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory and anesthetic components for 10 days as part of complex therapy in the treatment of patients with otitis externa and otitis media. The study included 32 patients: 12 - with otitis externa (Candida fungi were diagnosed in 7 of them); 10 - with a preperforative stage of acute purulent otitis media; 10 - with acute purulent otitis media at the stage of perforation. As a result, in the vast majority of patients participating in this study, at the 9th day of therapy with CP, a clinical effect - normalization of the otoscopic pattern, reduction of complaints - was observed.
Представлены результаты применения комбинированного препарата (КП), содержащего противобактериальный, противогрибковый, противовоспалительный и анестезирующий компоненты, в составе комплексной терапии при лечении пациентов с наружным и средним отитами в течение 10 дней. В исследование были включены 32 пациента: 12 - с наружным отитом (у 7 из них диагностированы грибы рода Candida); 10 - с доперфоративной стадией острого гнойного среднего отита; 10 - с острым гнойным средним отитом в стадии перфорации. В результате у подавляющего большинства больных, участвовавших в данном исследовании, на 9-й день терапии КП наблюдался клинический эффект, заключавшийся в нормализации отоскопической картины, уменьшении жалоб.
