Methods. Using the Russian Federal Diabetes Register (RFDR), analysis of patients who received both medicines of glargine in 2016 and 2017 was performed. The dynamics of the main indicators was evaluated: the number of patients, age, body mass index, glycated hemoglobin levels, daily doses of two insulin glargines and prandial insulin preparations (when used). Results. According to the RFDR for Moscow, in 2016 glargine was received by 7,246 DM1 patients and 19,225 DM2 patients. In 2017, the number of DM1 patients receiving glargine increased by 15.1%, DM2 patients - by 23.1%. In 2017, the proportion of patients receiving glargine increased to 43.5% of DM1 patients and up to 30.8% of DM2 patients who received basal insulin. When transferring patients from glargine 100 U/ml to glargine of 300 U/ml, some improvement in glycemic control in DM2 patients was noted, while the transfer was not accompanied by a clinically significant increase in the dose of the drug. Conclusion. Patients highly appreciated the convenience of the improved injection pen for the administration of glargine 300 U/ml.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Целью данной работы стал анализ результатов перевода больных сахарным диабетом (СД) с лекарственной формы инсулинового аналога гларгин 100 ЕД/мл на гларгин 300 ЕД/мл. Методы. Был проведен анализ данных пациентов, получавших оба препарата гларгин в 2016 и 2017 гг. с использованием Федерального регистра больных сахарным диабетом (ФРСД). Оценена динамика основных показателей: число пациентов, возраст, индекс массы тела, уровень гликированного гемоглобина, суточные дозы двух препаратов инсулина гларгин и прандиального инсулина (при его использовании). Результаты. По данным ФРСД по Москве, в 2016 г. гларгин получали 7246 пациентов с СД 1 типа и 19 225 - c СД 2 типа. В 2017 г. число пациентов с СД 1 типа, получавших гларгин, выросло на 15,1%, больных СД 2 типа - на 23,1%. Доля пациентов, получавших гларгин, в 2017 г. выросла до 43,5% больных СД 1 типа и до 30,8% больных СД 2 типа, получавших базальный инсулин. При переводе пациентов с гларгина 100 ЕД/мл на гларгин 300 ЕД/мл было отмечено некоторое улучшение гликемического контроля у больных СД 2 типа, при этом перевод не сопровождался клинически значимым увеличением дозы препарата. Заключение.
