The addition of a MEK inhibitor to a BRAF inhibitor slows tumor growth, delays acquired resistance, and inhibits paradoxical activation of the MAPK pathway in patients with melanoma and BRAF gene mutation.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В представленном кратком обзоре обобщены данные исследований применения комбинации таргетных препаратов в терапии метастатической BRAF-положительной меланомы кожи.
