The effectiveness of therapy was assessed after 4, 8, 12, 52 weeks and 2 years. The severity of PS was assessed using the PASI, BSA, sPGA indices. The quality of life of the study participants was assessed using the Dermatological Quality of Life Index (DIQL) and the HADS Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale.</p> <p><bold>Results.</bold> All 140 patients completed the study. At week 12 of therapy, complete clinical remission was achieved in 40% of patients receiving ixekizumab. In the group of patients receiving adalimumab, complete remission was achieved in 7%.</p> <p><bold>Conclusion.</bold> Ixekizumab showed higher efficacy rates in the treatment of vulgar PS than adalimumab, and therefore can be recommended for the treatment of vulgar PS.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Введение. </bold>Псориаз (ПС) – хроническое неинфекционное заболевание аутоиммунной природы, для которого характерно преимущественное поражение кожи.</p> <p><bold>Цель исследования: </bold>определение клинической эффективности применения адалимумаба и иксекизумаба в лечении ПС.</p> <p><bold>Методы. </bold>В исследовании приняли участие 140 пациентов, из них 87 (62,14%) мужчин и 53 (37,86%) женщины в возрасте 18–60 лет (средний возраст – 38,2±11,7 года). Эффективность терапии оценивали через 4, 8, 12, 52 недели и 2 года. Оценка тяжести ПС проводилась с помощью индексов PASI, BSA, sPGA. Оценку качества жизни участников исследования проводили с помощью дерматологического индекса качества жизни (ДИКЖ), госпитальной шкалы тревоги и депрессии HADS.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Исследование закончили все 140 пациентов. На 12-й неделе терапии полная клиническая ремиссия была достигнута у 40% пациентов, получавших иксекизумаб.
