Regular aerobic physical activity is associated with improved overall well-being and is a method of preventing cardiovascular diseases. An increased risk of nocturnal hypoglycemia after physical activity is a factor limiting physical activity, especially in young patients and children. Insulin degludec is an analogue of long-acting basal insulin (with a duration of action of more than 42 hours), which has a low variability of action. The ADREM study, conducted using continuous glucose monitoring systems, demonstrated that afternoon aerobic exercise in patients with DM1 treated with insulin degludec did not affect the risk of subsequent nocturnal hypoglycemia. This article reviews a case series of patients with DM1 treated with insulin degludec and regularly engaged in physical activity.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Регулярные физические нагрузки являются неотъемлемой частью жизни пациентов с сахарным диабетом 1 типа (СД1) ввиду их молодого возраста. Регулярные аэробные физические нагрузки ассоциированы с улучшением общего самочувствия и являются методом профилактики сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. Повышение риска ночных гипогликемий после физической нагрузки является фактором, ограничивающим физическую активность, особенно у пациентов молодого возраста и детей. Инсулин деглудек является аналогом базального инсулина длительного действия (с продолжительностью действия более 42 часов), который обладает низкой вариабельностью действия. Исследование ADREM, проведенное с использованием систем непрерывного мониторирования гликемии, продемонстрировало, что аэробные физические нагрузки во второй половине дня у пациентов СД1, применяющих инсулин деглудек, не влияли на риск последующей ночной гипогликемии.
