However, the literature mainly describes cases of a combination of connective tissue diseases with hypothyroidism against the background of chronic autoimmune thyroiditis. The authors describe a clinical case of associated course of diffuse toxic goiter complicated by endocrine ophthalmopathy and connective tissue disease lasting 14 years. The article discusses the difficulties of diagnosis and choice of treatment tactics for such a patient. A multidisciplinary approach to managing a patient with combined autoimmune pathology of the thyroid gland and connective tissue can increase the effectiveness of treatment and improve the long-term prognosis.</p>
Полидисциплинарный подход к ведению пациента с сочетанной аутоиммунной патологией ЩЖ и соединительной ткани может повысить эффективность лечения и улучшить долгосрочный прогноз.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Graves’ disease</kwd><kwd>diffuse toxic goiter</kwd><kwd>thyrotoxicosis</kwd><kwd>connective tissue diseases</kwd><kwd>systemic scleroderma</kwd><kwd>adult scleroderma</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>болезнь Грейвса</kwd><kwd>диффузный токсический зоб</kwd><kwd>тиреотоксикоз</kwd><kwd>заболевания соединительной ткани, системная склеродермия</kwd><kwd>склеродермия взрослых</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Санеева Г.А.
