Facial muscles tend to lose their tone at rest, which leads to a change in the position of tissues. This article presents clinical cases of successful use of a new device that combines the technologies of high-intensity focused electromagnetic stimulation (HIFES) and monopolar radio-wave lifting (RF) to improve skin elasticity and muscle tone, used as monotherapy (HIFES + RF) and as a complex effect (HIFES + RF and botulinum therapy); their safety, effectiveness and patient satisfaction are assessed.</p> <p>The protocol in the form of a complex effect of HIFES, monopolar radio-wave lifting and botulinum toxin type A shows the highest results in comparison with a monoprocedure, and also allows for personalized cosmetology correction of involutional atrophy of the skin of the lower third of the face and neck.</p>
В данной статье представлены клинические случаи успешного применения нового устройства, сочетающее в себе технологии одномоментного использования электрического тока высокого напряжения (HIFES) и монополярного радиоволнового лифтинга (RF) для улучшения эластичности кожи и мышечного тонуса, применяемых в качестве монотерапии (HIFES+RF) и в виде комплексного воздействия (HIFES+RF и ботулинотерапии), оценивается их безопасность, эффективность и удовлетворенность пациентов.</p> <p>Протокол в виде комплексного воздействия HIFES, монополярного радиоволнового лифтинга и ботулинического токсина типа А показывает наиболее высокие результаты в сравнении с монопроцедурой, а также позволяет персонализированно проводить косметологическую коррекцию инволюционной атрофии кожи нижней трети лица и шеи.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>high-voltage electric current</kwd><kwd>radiofrequency lifting</kwd><kwd>botulinum therapy</kwd><kwd>facial aging</kwd><kwd>involutional atrophy of the facial skin</kwd><kwd>clinical case</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>электрический ток высокого напряжения</kwd><kwd>радиочастотный лифтинг</kwd><kwd>ботулинотерапия</kwd><kwd>старение лица</kwd><kwd>инфолюционная атрофия кожи лица</kwd><kwd>клинический случай</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Goldberg D.J., Lal K.
