Recently; there has been a growing interest in studying the role of intestinal microbiota in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis (AD). The review discusses the mechanisms of influence of the intestinal microbiome on the development and course of AD. Patients with AD have intestinal dysbiosis; characterized by a deficiency of lactobacilli; bifidobacteria and excessive growth of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms. Prospects for correction of the intestinal microbiome for the treatment of AD are presented.</p>
Представлены перспективы коррекции микробиома кишечника для лечения АтД.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>atopic dermatitis</kwd><kwd>intestinal microbiota</kwd><kwd>microbiome</kwd><kwd>probiotics</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>атопический дерматит</kwd><kwd>микробиота кишечника</kwd><kwd>микробиом</kwd><kwd>пробиотики</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Schlaeppi K.; Bulgarelli D.
