LONG-TERM RESULTS OF USE OF FABOMOTIZOLE IN THE TREATMENT OF ANXIETY-DEPRESSIVE DISORDERS IN PATIENTS ON PROGRAM HEMODIALYSIS

Abstract
Anxiety-depressive disorders (ADR) in patients on programmed hemodialysis are the most common mental disorders. The article describes the results of the use of fabomotizole by this cohort of patients during follow-up: immediately after treatment, and 1 and 2 months after treatment. It was found that this drug significantly reduced the severity of anxiety and depression in dialysis patients, but 2 months after the therapy, signs of ADR were revealed again, requiring re-correction with fabomotizole and counseling of the psychotherapeutist.
