Аннотация
The article discusses the problem of refractory migraine, a headache resistant to standard antimigraine therapy. The diagnostic criteria, clinical characteristics, features of medical tactics for this disease are presented. The principles of preventive therapy for refractory migraine and complex therapy for chronic and frequent episodic migraine, which affects both the frequency of attacks, and the associated disorders, are represented. Indications for cessation of abuse drug are formulated
