Причины формирования и консервативное лечение радикулярной боли

Аннотация

Рассматриваются различные аспекты возникновения и лечения радикулярной боли — типичного болевого синдрома в клинике нервных болезней, характеризующегося интенсивностью болевых ощущений. Обсуждаются связь радикулярной боли с компрессионным фактором, патогенетические механизмы ее формирования, клиническая картина радикулопатии, вопросы терапии. Представлены данные о современных средствах лечения радикулярной боли, в первую очередь о нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратах, таких как кеторолак (Кеторол®).
