Рак молочной железы и беременность

Аннотация

В статье обсуждается эффективность различных методов лечения, используемых при лечении рака молочной железы (РМЖ), развившегося на фоне беременности, в частности хирургического лечения и химиотерапии, а также возможность последующей беременности и грудного вскармливания после лечения РМЖ. Менее благоприятные отдаленные результаты лечения больных РМЖ, возникшим в период беременности, объясняются запоздалым выявлением опухоли, отягощающим прогноз заболевания, а также влиянием молодого возраста заболевших женщин. При лечении РМЖ на фоне беременности в большинстве случаев необходимо точно следовать рекомендациям по лечению небеременных больных. Тактику лечения следует определять индивидуально в каждом конкретном случае с учетом гестационного возраста на момент постановки диагноза, стадии заболевания, предпочтений больной и ее семьи.
