Resumo
Biochemistry of muscle contraction, the physiological roles of magnesium orotat, the relationship between magnesium deficiency and cramps are considered; characteristics of magnesium therapy and synergistic effect of magnesium and one of its pharmacological carriers - orotic acid - are discussed.
