Resumo
The article discusses the variability of blood pressure (BP) as a risk factor for stroke. The possibilities of the combination of amlodipine with ACE inhibitor for reduction of BP variability and stroke risk are considered. Own research data on the effectiveness impact of a fixed combination of amlodipine and lisinopril on the BP level and variability within a day are presented.
