Primenenie enterosorbentov v lechenii kishechnykh infektsiy u detey s soputstvuyushchim atopicheskim dermatitom

Acute intestinal infections (AII) are the second group of infectious diseases in children, with great importance and high prevalence. Malnutrition and malabsorption, immunodeficiencies and allergic diseases of the child have a significant impact on the course, prognosis and outcome of the AII. In recent years, the incidence of atopic dermatitis and food allergies in the pediatric population has significantly increased, that determines the need for development the ways to improve the effectiveness of topical therapy for this group of patients with infectious diseases. The article presents the results of the evaluation of clinical and laboratory efficiency of enterosorbents (diosmectit and polymethylsiloxane polyhydrate) in the treatment of AII in children with concomitant atopic dermatitis. The results indicate a high clinical and laboratory efficiency of enterosorbents which provide more rapid relief of symptoms of intoxication and fever, reduce the time of normalization of the feces, as well as reduce the risk of exacerbation and the severity of the clinical manifestations of concomitant allergic diseases with early initiation of therapy.
