TREATMENT OF BACTERIAL VAGINOSIS IN THE EARLY STAGE OF PREGNANCY

Recent studies show that bacterial vaginosis is a disease that can cause serious violations of the woman's reproductive health and complications of pregnancy. The choice of the drug, especially in the first trimester of pregnancy, when the possibilities of using antibacterial therapy are limited, remains an actual problem. In pregnant women in the first trimester of pregnancy, 7-day course of treatment with topical application of ascorbic acid remains an alternative and optimal treatment option for bacterial vaginosis, which by the end of treatment forms the normocenosis of the vagina in 88.9% of pregnant women.
