Аннотация

Ингибиторы протонной помпы (ИПП) - «золотой» стандарт фармакотерапии таких заболеваний, как гастроэзофагеальная рефлюксная болезнь, функциональная диспепсия, язвенная болезнь желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки, ассоциированных как с инфекцией Helicobacter pylori, так и с приемом нестероидных противовоспалительных средств. В статье систематизирована накопленная к сегодняшнему дню доказательная база эффективности применения ИПП при вышеназванных патологиях.
