ОСОБЕННОСТИ ТЕЧЕНИЯ И ТЕРАПИИ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ ЩИТОВИДНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ У ЖЕНЩИН В ПЕРИ- И ПОСТМЕНОПАУЗАЛЬНОМ ПЕРИОДЕ

Аннотация

Обсуждается проблема патологии щитовидной железы (ЩЖ) у женщин в пери- и постменопаузальном периоде. Существующее сходство между проявлениями климактерического синдрома и симптомами нарушения функции ЩЖ у женщин в перименопаузе создает объективные предпосылки для гипердиагностики заболеваний ЩЖ. С другой стороны, клиническая картина заболеваний ЩЖ у пожилых женщин часто имеет нетипичный характер, значительно отличаясь от таковой у молодых, более вероятны субклинические варианты течения. Распространенность заболеваний ЩЖ у женщин старше 50 лет, а также недостаток специфических симптомов у большинства пациенток, затрудняющий диагностику, подтверждают необходимость своевременного скрининга и специализированного обследования женщин в перименопаузе у эндокринолога.
