КЛОПИДОГРЕЛ В ЛЕЧЕНИИ И ПРОФИЛАКТИКЕ ЦЕРЕБРОВАСКУЛЯРНЫХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ

Аннотация

Рассматриваются современные возможности использования клопидогрела как средства антиагрегантной терапии в лечении и профилактике острых нарушений мозгового кровообращения. Согласно базе данных многоцентровых клинических исследований, антиагрегантная терапия эффективно предотвращает инсульт, инфаркт миокарда и смертность от сосудистых причин у лиц с симптомным атеросклерозом. Многогранность действия клопидогрела (антиагрегантная, гемангиокорректорная, гиполипидемическая активность) наряду с его высокой клинической эффективностью позволяют рекомендовать этот препарат для широкого круга пациентов с ишемическими цереброваскулярными заболеваниями: при вторичной профилактике тромботических событий у больных с множественными поражениями сосудистой системы; для вторичной профилактики ишемического инсульта; до и после реконструктивных операций на сонных артериях.
