Аннотация
Представлены результаты исследования эффективности и безопасности применения препарата Галвус (вилдаглиптин) в условиях российской клинической практики, включившего 1109 больных сахарным диабетом типа 2 (СД2). Результаты исследования показали, что применение препарата Галвус как в виде монотерапии, так и в комбинации с метформином или препаратами сульфонилмочевины, позволяет существенно улучшить показатели контроля гликемии у пациентов с СД2, не влияет на массу тела, а при соблюдении низкокалорийной диеты и повышении физической активности может способствовать снижению массы тела. Препарат хорошо переносится, не вызывает гипогликемических состояний и выраженных побочных эффектов.
