ИНФЕКЦИЯ CLOSTRIDIUM DIFFICILE: СОВРЕМЕННОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ

Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются современные аспекты проблемы инфекции, вызванной Clostridium difficile. Основными вариантами ее течения являются антибиотико-ассоциированная диарея и псевдомембранозный колит. Подробно рассматриваются факторы риска развития инфекции C. difficile, ее клинические проявления, вопросы диагностики и лечения. Отмечается, сто препаратами выбора в лечении инфекции C. difficile являются метронидазол и ванкомицин. Подчеркивается, что росту распространенности инфекции C. difficile способствует бесконтрольное применение антибактериальных препаратов.
