ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ КСЕЛОДЫ В ЛЕЧЕНИИ МЕТАСТАТИЧЕСКОГО КОЛОРЕКТАЛЬНОГО РАКА

Аннотация

Рассматриваются современные возможности и перспективы использования Кселоды (капецитабин) в лечении метастатического колоректального рака (мКРР). В клинических исследованиях продемонстрирована клиническая эффективность Кселоды в 1-й и 2-й линиях лечения мКРР при использовании в монотерапии, а также в комбинации с оксалиплатином и иринотеканом. В рандомизированных многоцентровых исследованиях показана равная эффективность комбинированных режимов с Кселодой и режимов, включающих суточные инфузии 5-фторурацила. Высокоэффективным и безопасным оказалось включение Кселоды в режимы с таргетными препаратами (бевацизумабом и цетуксимабом). Применение Кселоды не требует венозного доступа и, следовательно, позволяет проводить лечение амбулаторно.
