КАРЦИНОИДНЫЙ КАРДИАЛЬНЫЙ СИНДРОМ: ПРИНЦИПЫ ДИАГНОСТИКИ И ЛЕЧЕНИЯ

Аннотация

Нейроэндокринные опухоли обладают способностью вырабатывать гормоны и вазоактивные пептиды, гиперпродукция которых приводит к возникновению различных патологических изменений в пораженных органах. В частности, при поражении сердца развивается фиброэластоз эндокарда, т. е. карциноидный кардиальный синдром (ККС). Сердечно-сосудистые осложнения у пациентов с ККС до настоящего времени являются одной из основных причин смертности, поэтому своевременная диагностика и лечение ведут к значительному улучшению качества и продолжительности жизни больных. В статье освещено современное состояние проблемы поражения сердца при нейроэндокринных опухолях. Представлена краткая историческая справка, подробно описаны клинические симптомы, инструментальные и биохимические методы диагностики. Изложены общие принципы лечения ККС.
