Аннотация

Рассматриваются основные подходы к лечению инфекции H. pylori и место в них антибиотика амоксициллина как базового антибактериального компонента. Обсуждаются рекомендации международных консенсусов Маастрихт II-III по проведению эрадикационной терапии инфекции H. pylori. Приведены возможные пути решения основных проблем, связанных с ростом резистентности H. pylori к антибиотикам, включенным в схемы эрадикации, с упором на амоксициллин. Большое внимание уделено перспективам использования новых схем лечения, в частности последовательной терапии и схемам третьей линии эрадикации. Приводится алгоритм подбора оптимальной антихеликобактерной терапии.
