Аннотация

Обсуждаются возможности экспраполирования опубликованных в 2011 г. рекомендаций ряда профессиональных медицинских обществ по диагностике и лечению идиопатического легочного фиброза (ИЛФ) в реальную клиническую практику. Подчеркивается, что факторы риска, подходы к диагностике ИЛФ в настоящее время в целом не вызывают сомнений; ключевым является и предложенный комитетом экспертов междисциплинарный подход к ведению ИЛФ. Трудности определения терапевтической тактики и отсутствие четких доказательств эффективности большинства применяемых в настоящее время препаратов должны стать стимулом для проведения новых контролируемых клинических исследований.
