Современный алгоритм ведения пациентов с синдромом хронического запора с позиций внедрения новых фармакологических препаратов

Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются основные патофизиологические аспекты синдрома хронического запора (ХЗ) и применения при данном страдании современных прокинетиков (агонистов 5-НТ-рецепторов). Приводятся основные причины и клинические проявления функционального ХЗ. Большое внимание уделяется роли современного селективного прокинетика - агониста 5-НТ4-рецепторов прукалоприда, являющегося инновационным препаратом с привлекательным профилем безопасности для пациентов, страдающих ХЗ, когда диетические мероприятия и слабительные препараты не обеспечивают должного эффекта в устранении симптомов.
