Аннотация
Рассматриваются механизмы развития болевых синдромов, развивающихся при дегенеративных поражениях позвоночника, в т. ч. боли в шее (цервикалгии). На основе современных представлений об основных патогенетических механизмах развития указанных болевых синдромов сформулированы основные направления лечения данного контингента больных. В частности, обосновывается комбинированная терапия, в т. ч. нестероидными противовоспалительными препаратами (лорноксикам и др.) и комплексными препаратами витаминов группы В, такими как Нейробион и др.
