Аннотация
В последние годы в научной литературе и медицинском сообществе активно обсуждается взаимосвязь сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ) и остеопороза. Основанием к дискуссии явились результаты ряда эпидемиологических исследований, в которых выявлена ассоциативная зависимость выраженности сосудистой кальцификации и состояния костной ткани. В статье обсуждаются факторы риска и патогенез развития костных нарушений и ССЗ. Представлен рациональный алгоритм ведения пациентов с поражением сердечно-сосудистой и костной систем. Основное внимание уделено препарату Альфадол-Са, 1 капсула которого содержит 0,25 мкг аналога предшественника витамина D альфакальцидола и 200 мг карбоната кальция. Установлено, что аналоги витамина D, например альфакальцидол, положительно влияют на процессы ремоделирования костной ткани и микроархитектонику костей, кроме того, особым преимуществом подобных препаратов являются доказанные иммуномодулирующий и антицитокиновый эффекты, что оправдывает их применение лицами с сочетанной патологией сердечно-сосудистой и костной систем.
