Аннотация

За последние годы проявился большой интерес к нейроэндокринной системе, и в частности к изучению нейроэндокринных опухолей (НЭО). Это связано с ростом заболеваемости НЭО, появлением современных технологий, позволяющих по-новому их диагностировать и лечить. НЭО - безусловно проблема онкологическая. Однако первый контакт с больным, а отсюда своевременная диагностика связаны с работой терапевтов и гастроэнтерологов в первую очередь поликлинического звена, которые нередко недостаточно осведомлены об этой патологии. Цель статьи - дать терапевтам, и в частности гастроэнтерологам, общие представления о НЭО, современных возможностях их диагностики и лечения.
