Abstract
32 patients with atopic bronchial asthma were under observation; the effectiveness of drug RuSam in achievement of asthma control and prevention of episodes of respiratory infection were evaluated. Good clinical effect of the Rusama was confirmed by immunological studies. High level of safety of this drug and its good tolerability were revealed. It was concluded that Rusam can be recommended for the use in out-patient settings in patients with mild-to-moderate atopic bronchial asthma .
