Аннотация

Проблема ведения больных деменцией весьма актуальна в связи с ее высокой распространенностью и большой социальной значимостью. Однако пациенты с когнитивными нарушениями имеют очень низкую приверженность проводимой терапии, что значительно снижает ее эффективность. Наилучшая приверженность отмечается среди больных на фоне приема мемантина (Акатинола Мемантина), что связано с его высокой терапевтической эффективностью в отношении когнитивных нарушений и хорошей переносимостью.
