ПРОФИЛАКТИКА ТРОМБОЭМБОЛИЧЕСКИХ ОСЛОЖНЕНИЙ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ФИБРИЛЛЯЦИЕЙ ПРЕДСЕРДИЙ

Аннотация
Выявление больных групп высокого риска по развитию инсульта с последующим проведением превентивного медикаментозного лечения позволяет уменьшать число инсультов. В статье представлен обзор современных рекомендаций по ведению пациентов с фибрилляцией предсердий (ФП) на примере конкретного клинического случая. Для большинства больных ФП без поражения клапанов новые оральные антикоагулянты более предпочтительны по отношению к антагонистам витамина К, т. к. не уступают по эффективности последним, имеют благоприятный профиль безопасности, не требуют подбора поддерживающей дозы и последующего контроля показателей свертывающей системы. По данным мета-анализа клинических исследований, ривароксабан имеет преимущества для пациентов с высоким риском развития коронарных событий. Удобный режим приема обеспечивает высокую приверженность пациентов к лечению.
