Аннотация

Статья посвящена оценке лекарственных препаратов, применяемых в лечении поясничной боли (ПБ), и проблеме выбора эффективной терапевтической тактики. Представлены результаты исследований, которые позволяют сделать вывод о несомненных преимуществах применения мелоксикама (амелотекса) пациентами с ПБ по сравнению с другими препаратами и результативности комбинированной терапии (на примере одновременного применения мелоксикама [Амелотекса] и витаминов группы В).
