Аннотация

Первым представителем нового класса антиэметиков - антагонистов нейрокининовых рецепторов-1 (NK1), является селективный блокатор рецепторов NK1 апрепитант(Эменд®) и его внутривенная форма Эменд® В/В. Этот препарат более удобен в использовании, т.к. вводится однократно внутривенно перед проведением химиотерапии, имеет равную эффективность с апрепитантом и в отличие от него не требует дополнительного приема или введения в последующие дни. Фосапрепитант вошел во все клинические рекомендации для профилактики тошноты и рвоты в комбинации с антагонистом рецептора 5-НТ 3 и дексаметазоном при проведении высоко- и в некоторых случаях умеренноэметогенной химиотерапии. Препарат обладает минимальным спектром побочных действий.
