Перспективы применения капсул винорелбина в современной онкологии

Аннотация

Применение в клинической практике винорелбина в форме для приема внутрь (ВПВ) расширяет возможности проведения высокоэффективной и безопасной химиотерапии злокачественных опухолей. Перспективным назначение ВПВ представляется при немелкоклеточном раке легкого IIIb-IV ст. в фазе поддерживающего лечения и как компонента химиолучевой адъювантной терапии. При раке молочной железы ВПВ может назначаться как самостоятельно, так и в комбинациях. Опционально его применение в первой линии лечения метастатического HER2-позитивного рака молочной железы в комбинации с анти-HER2-агентами. Винорелбин эффективен и безопасен для пожилых больных при соблюдении регулярного врачебного мониторинга.
