Аннотация

В статье представлен клинический случай развития острого тубулоинтерстициального нефрита лекарственного генеза у пациента с гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезнью и хроническим гломерулонефритом на фоне длительного приема ингибитора протонной помпы (омепразола). Кроме того, представлена безопасность применения рабепразола для данного больного в период рецидива основного заболевания.
