Аннотация

Ана характеристика высокодифференцированных нейроэндокринных опухолей (НЭО) с описанием клинических симптомов и синдромов в зависимости от функциональной активности опухоли. Рассмотрены аспекты дифференциальной диагностики при различных видах НЭО. Показана роль аналогов соматостатина в системной терапии НЭО как основных антисекреторных агентов и препаратов, обладающих доказанной противоопухолевой активностью. Представлена информация об эффективности и безопасности применения пролонгированного аналога соматостатина Соматулин® Аутожель® 120 мг в лечении больных высокодифференцированными гастроэнтеропанкреатическими НЭО по результатам исследований CLARINET и OLE.
