Аннотация

В статье представлен краткий исторический обзор развития тромболитической терапии при остром инфаркте миокарда и основные сведения о тромболитических препаратах, присутствующих на отечественном фармацевтическом рынке. Обсуждены результаты проведенных исследований по сравнению этих препаратов. С учетом особенностей фармакокинетики и фармакодинамики, а также клинических эффектов предложены возможные алгоритмы выбора тромболитического препарата в некоторых клинических ситуациях.
