Аннотация
Представлен обзор результатов международного ретроспективного когортного исследования реальной клинической практики CVD-REAL, в котором осуществлялось сравнение эффективности различных ингибиторов натрий-глюкозного котранспортера 2 типа (НГЛТ-2) с другими сахароснижающими препаратами в отношении сердечно-сосудистых исходов у пациентов с сахарным диабетом СД 2 типа. Отмечено, что данное исследование дополняет уже имеющиеся результаты рандомизированных клинических исследований, и указывает на потенциал раннего назначения ингибиторов НГЛТ-2 у пациентов с СД 2 типа. Для подтверждения долгосрочности и стойкости эффектов необходимы исследования с более длительным периодом наблюдения.
