Аннотация

В статье представлены современная концепция лечения витилиго, подходы к выбору оптимального терапевтического алгоритма, способы оценки клинического ответа, а также рассмотрен клинический опыт авторов. Подробно обсуждается один клинический случай. Витилиго - наиболее частый дерматоз из группы заболеваний, связанных с нарушением пигментации кожи. Распространенность заболевания в общей популяции составляет 1-3% вне зависимости от пола. В ходе исследования установлено, что сочетанное применение методики needling и NB-UVB (311 nm, TL01) позволяет добиваться репигментации очагов поражения у больных витилиго в подавляющем большинстве случаев (89, 47%).
