Эффективность фиксированной комбинации кальципотриола и бетаметазона в лечении пациентов с вульгарным псориазом

Аннотация

С целью оценить эффективность терапии фиксированной комбинацией кальципотриола и бетаметазона в лечении ограниченного псориаза было проведено исследование 107 больных вульгарным псориазом различной локализации. В качестве терапии пациенты применяли либо фиксированную комбинацию кальципотриола и бетаметазона в виде геля 1 раз в сутки в различных режимах до достижения клинической ремиссии или значительного улучшения, либо комбинированную терапию, дополнительно включающую фототерапию. В дальнейшем с целью длительного контроля над заболеванием комбинированный препарат использовался по мере необходимости или по интермиттирующей схеме. Длительность наблюдения составила 1 год. При монотерапии 82,6% пациентов достигли: PASI 100 - 31 (67,4%), PASI 75 - 7 (15,2%), при комбинированной терапии PASI 100 достигли 38 (62,3%) пациентов, PASI75 - 13 (21,3%). В течение года в зависимости от методики применения 82,4 и 77,5% пациентов удалось контролировать процесс. Полученные результаты позволяют сделать вывод о высокой эффективности данного вида топической терапии в купировании обострений. Применение фиксированной комбинации дает возможность осуществлять длительный контроль над заболеванием, сопровождается минимальными побочными эффектами, положительным влиянием на качество жизни, удобством применения. Перечисленные составляющие делают применение фиксированной комбинации методом первой линии в лечении ограниченного псориаза.
