Аннотация
Обоснование. Линейный IgA-зависимый дерматоз - редкая форма субэпидермального аутоиммунного буллезного дерматоза. Клинические и морфологические проявления заболевания в большинстве случаев неспецифичны и схожи с другими заболеваниями группы пемфигоидов. Описание клинического случая. В статье приведено описание клинического наблюдения данного редкого дерматоза. Особый интерес представляет идентичность клинической и морфологической картины данного случая с герпетиформным дерматитом Дюринга. Заключение. Подчеркнута важность иммуноморфологического метода для верифицирования диагноза линейного IgA-зависимого дерматоза.
